Miraplacid Form will help you to fill paper forms on your PC. The package includes Miraplacid Form Designer and Miraplacid Form Viewer. Scan a form or make a screenshot image of it, load it to Miraplacid Form Designer as a background image, add input fields and push a button to open the form in the Miraplacid Form Viewer. Fill-in the form and print it. You can also save form layout and fill the form again later.
The Professional Edition allows you to save data from the form fields to comma delimited (CSV) file, load a CSV file to Miraplacid Form Viewer and bind CSV data columns to form fields. You can navigate through the lines of the CSV file and edit the CSV record data right in the form fields. in the other words, you have three options:
Fill the form manually and print it. You can save data to a CSV file if you wish
Load data from CSV file, bind CSV columns to form fields, select line and print the form. You can edit data and save the CSV file back or save it under new name
Same as above, but you can print the whole CSV file with couple mouse clicks. You will get one printed form per CSV file line.
As long as most of databases and spreadsheet editors support CSV import and export, you can use Miraplacid Form Viewer with your data. Just export database table or spreadsheet to CSV file, load it to Miraplacid Form Viewer and print copies of the form one page per record.
The Professional Edition of Miraplacid Form Designer has enhanced form editing capabilities including multi-select and form rotation. Multi select operations include adjustment and sizing of all selected items and make design of complex forms much easier. These features, as well as CSV file support, are not included in Lite Edition.
